The class of hotel you choose is usually the single biggest factor. A comfortable well-located four-star and a landmark luxury property sit at very different levels, and you decide which suits you.
Group size
The private guide and vehicle are shared by your whole party, so the cost per person usually falls as the group grows. Couples, families and small groups of friends each work out differently.
Trip length and number of days
More days mean more nights, meals, guiding and transport, so the total naturally scales with length. A city stopover and a multi-day journey are quoted very differently.
Season and dates
Peak holiday periods push up hotel and transport costs across the whole region, while quieter dates are gentler. Telling us your dates lets us quote accurately and suggest better-value windows.
Route, attractions and add-ons
Where you go shapes the cost: staying in the city is different from adding Wulong Karst, Dazu Rock Carvings, a river cruise or a linked trip on to Zhangjiajie. Extra tickets and experiences are added transparently.
Guide, vehicle and special needs
An English-speaking private guide is standard. Spanish, Korean or Russian guides are available on request, subject to availability, and things like a larger vehicle or step-free accessibility are built into the quote where needed.
